The quiz file is attached. I have also attached a screenshot from my LMS contact person showing some console errors they came across when investigating this issue on their end. It seems the freeze is only related to html5.
The quiz does not freeze in the same spot each time & if you click next like 10 times it will advance to the next slide but the slide will not load properly.
I gave this a test by uploading to SCORM Cloud, and wanted to share the link with you here. I didn't experience any freezing of the course and tested it in Chrome. I also clicked through rapid fire style to see if it would freeze up and each time the slide loaded.
Can you take a look at let me know how it behaves for you?
I tried using Firefox & Internet explorer. The quiz still behaves the same for me. I do get past question 7 but then it gets stuck on the question about which fields can be left blank. it wont indicate that an answer is selected and will not move to the next slide either.
Hi there, Nicole. I noticed the course was very "laggy" in Safari using HTML5, and I was able to reproduce the freezing. Chrome performed fine for me.
For Quizmaker '13, HTML5 is supported only in Chrome or Safari. If you are viewing the content in either Internet Explorer or Firefox, you'll have to make sure Flash is enabled in those browsers.
We'll take a deeper look at the behavior in Safari. Are your users able to either use Chrome or make sure Flash is enabled in the other browsers?
