Quizmaker 360 notes not appearing in published version

I have a problem with notes - although they are in every quizmaker slide, there are none appearing when I publish.

I have one slide in powerpoint

There is one Quiz, made in Quizmaker and consisting of 24 slides (some blank templates, some questions, some survey).

Each of these 24 slides has notes

No matter what I set in the slide properties, these notes do not appear in the notes tab of the published version.  I can get the notes tab to appear in the published version, but there is nothing in it. 

Is it because there is only one slide (with 24 quizmaker slides within it) and the notes are based on the slide and not the quizmaker slides?  Or is there a way for the viewer to see the notes on the quizmaker slides?
