QuizMaker 360: Won't Move to RESULTS Page

I have a Flash-based Studio '13 "legacy" program. Was working great. Wanted to convert to HTML5 so converted via 360. Everything seemed good except for one spot: in an embedded Quiz in Presenter.
Participants get to the last question and click "FINISH" and the cursor just spins (looks like the loading circle of lines ... if that makes sense). I've tried isolating just the quiz outside of the Presenter file (no joy), deleted the last question to see if it's just that question (no; does it to whatever is last questions). Tried to upload to ScormCloud to see if that works (nope: still broken). Tried testing on various browsers (nope: all break).
HELP! This is a for-sale (popular) program and I'm not sure how to fix it.
