I moved to a new computer with Windows 8 installed a few months ago. Ever since then I have a weird behavior with the company template for the quiz. When I publish (and view in slide view) the one slide with a large graphic and the brand image, all images are truncated in the strangest way. It's as if there is a matte frame over a portion of it. If I view in slide master, and move the image, it still shows the "whited out" rather than the full image. Any thoughts?
Is it possible the DPI setting on the new computer isn't set to 96 as described here? If you're still having difficulty, are you able to share the Quizmaker template here with us, or if you'd prefer you can send to us privately here?
