I want to create a quiz that has 400 questions. Out of these 400 questions, I want to be able to randomly select 100 questions. I want these 100 questions to come from different Question Groups, so 10 questions from 10 question groups. Is this possible? I've been playing around with it, but I can't seem to find a button that can make this happen.

It sounds like “randomization and pooling” feature may help you out with this. Take a look at the following tutorial:
