Hi can i ask help... I created a quiz and i intend to use the umail results function of quizmaker. Sometimes it works but sometimes the system doesn't respond when you click the email results button. Is there a way to correct this?
Hi Bob! How are you tracking the quiz results for your learners? The completion data as you specify during publishing will be sent to your LMS as well.
Thank you for responding so quick.With QM-5 our students Emailed us the quiz results, allowing us to respond and send themthe proper CEU forms they need to send into the state of Florida in order to receivecredit to renew their certificates as certified pest control operators..We have never used any other methods, nor are familiar with any others.I probably would not have upgraded to QM-13 had I know this feature was eliminated.

I wanted to mention that responding to the forums via e-mail also attaches your signature, but you are welcome to pop in and edit that if needed.
As for the e-mailed quiz results:
Articulate Quizmaker is primarily an e-learning development tool to be used with a learning management system (LMS), such as Articulate Online, to track results. See this article for more information on tracking quiz results.
You could allow them to print their results. Otherwise, hopefully someone in the community will be able to further assist you.

Sounds like you are using Quizmaker '09, so you may want to check out this article.
Due to the lack of reliability that this article explains, it is not even a feature in our Studio '13 product.

I bought QM-13 WO realizing this feature was discarded.
So, now what do I do?
We use the Email results as a trigger to inform us when a user has finished a quiz
