Quizmaker Next Button not Showing for Some Learners

Hi all,
A client is running some Quizmaker quizzes on our LMS (SCORM 1.2). They weren't made by us, so we only have access to the published versions. Some of the learners are experiencing an issue with the button on the first slide (Next button - see below) not showing.
This is leaving them stranded on the first page and unable to even start the quiz. It's probably a browser or flash setting, but I'm not able to spot it. Does anybody know how to fix this?
As I said, we only have the published files, so it won't be possible to republish the quiz. Incidentally, given just the packaged files, how can I find out what version of Quizmaker was used to publish a quiz?
Thanks for the help!
Paul

Hi Paul!
I would advise that you start with the viewing system requirements first.
The minimum system requirements for Articulate Studio '13 are listed here.
Without having access to the files/content it is going to be hard to diagnose.
Hi Leslie!
Thanks for the reply and for the link. Do you perhaps have the system requirements for viewing content produced in Articulate Studio 09 and earlier, or will they be the same as Studio '13?
And, is there a way to tell from the published files if content has been produced in '13, '09, or earlier versions? Is the software version written into the manifest file perhaps? It might help with the diagnosis.
I understand that this is a bit of a shot in the dark in terms of diagnosis and I appreciate the help with narrowing it down.

Hi Paul!
For a complete list of system requirements for all Studio '09 products, please check them out here.
As strange as this may be, perhaps taking a glance at a recent thread I worked on with a user to see his evaluation of the published files and perhaps this will help you :)
As far as understanding the differences in what you may see from '09 to '13, you could check out information here and here.
