QuizMaker question - why won't my real results show?

Hi all,

I've created a short two question knowledge check using QuizMaker as a part of a larger module.  I created the questions as survey questions, and I chose to have the results show on the results page.  I just did a preview and ran through the quiz, purposefully selecting the correct answers, so my results should show as 100%.  However, here's a screen shot of the results.  What am I doing wrong?
