Quizmaker quiz not loading when exported to LMS

Hi, I have included a short quiz in a module, and have no difficulty viewing it and testing it in preview.
However, when I publish the module to our LMS, the quiz element does not open.
I have tried the solutions suggested in the Forums previously - the file path is way less than 260 characters; the project is saved on my local C: drive; there are no special characters in the path or zip file name (or interaction names); I have removed, then aded the Quiz back to the module. Ths happens whether the quiz iz in a seperate slide or a player tab.
I've had no difficulties with quizzes previously, but this is the firat one I've built since getting a new laptop and re-installing Articulate Studio. I have Flash version 11.2.202.228 installed,
I'd really appreciate any further suggestions!

Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing. I'd recommend sending us your files so we can take a closer look. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
