I have a course with three separate quiz slides. I've set them up to be single question only with no results pages, since they are just knowledge checks and not proper quizzes. In the slide properties for each quiz slide I've set the prev button to branch to the slide before, instead of last slide viewed. However when I publish and test this functionality the prev button still goes to the last page viewed. This only happens on the quiz slides, the backward advancing branching I've set up on every other slide in the PowerPoint functions correctly.
Sorry you've run into this! What you're experiencing sounds similar to a problem we found when upgrading a Presenter '13 course to Presenter 360.
What version of Presenter are you using? Did you update the course to a newer version?
We'd love to take a closer look at your file to verify if this is a bug. If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll give it a test and let you know what we find!
I'm using Studio/Presenter 360, that's the first version I've ever used. Just checked for updates and didn't see any. I'll upload my file to support. Thanks for the response!
