Quizmaker use on Windows 7

Hello -

Our team members have been running some quizzes on Windows XP without problem.

Some people have been converted to windows XP and now have trouble submitting quiz results via internet explorer. Is this an issue, and is there any change recommended to make this work?

Hi Susan, welcome to Heroes!

There really shouldn't be any issues with XP or Windows 7 relating to quiz results, unless you're referring to tracking issues on your LMS with IE 9. Are you able to replicate the issue in a screencast and submit it to our support team for review? Just submit a ticket, and on the second page, you'll be given the option to record a screencast of the issue. Thanks!
