randomizing questions
Apr 22, 2011
Hello,
I have a quiz with about 40 questions.
I'd like to randomize the questions, with 12 questions to be answered each time the user launches the application.
That's easy.
BUT : I'd like to avoid the user to answer the same questions the next time he decides to test his knowledge. That means Articulate quizmaker should use all 40 questions before displaying a question the user has already seen before.
Is it possible ?
Not sure I'm clear : sorry for my so-so english.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I do not think this is possible, however, if I am wrong I am sure one of the team will quickly say so.
There may be a clever way to achieve it, or simulate it by using question banks, but I do not know how to do it.

Thanks Bruce.
I might separate my quiz in 3 groups, and tell the user to use the 1rst group, then the 2nd, then the 3rd.
But that's not very fun !

Not possible, using groups you can randomise but you cannot guarantee they do not get the same question twice
