Re-taking quizzes

Just upgraded from Studio 9 to 13.  In Studio 9, I could have the learner re-take a failed quiz by simply pointing to itself "On Fail".   Now when I do this, all the questions are already answered as if reviewing.  I want the learner to start the quiz over again on fail but can't figure out how to reset the quiz.  I use the quiz in Presenter and not as a stand alone quiz.  I set the "Goes to slide" option to point it to itself.  The place holder slide for the quiz in PowerPoint also says 'On failing, "Finish" button:', but there is no Finish button on any of the quiz Pass/Fail screens.
