I am developing a module and within it we are giving scenarios then asking the learner how confident they feel that this could happen. Is there a way of collating these four questions. There isn't a quiz slide that I can find appropriate, I already have one quiz set up running with 8 questions in but I want this to run separately from the quiz.
Thank you Phil, will give that a go. Would there be a way of collating the results of those 4 individual questions to show the overall rating of how confident they feel so feedback can be given?

You could use a survey question and add that to your current quiz it will not affect the score.
