I'm working in Quizmaker '09 and I have set the option for Attempts Permitted in the Quiz Properties to 3. I need to provide my agents 3 attempts to pass the quiz. However, when a quiz in complete and failed, it doesn't prompt them to retake it, just review it.
Is this because I'm publishing to web? Does it have to be published to PowerPoint or LMS only? I can do LMS, but not PowerPoint.
Thanks for your question! You mentioned you have already adjusted the Quiz Properties to User may attempt quiz: 3 times. Did you follow the steps shown here when you set that up?
You also mentioned that you don't see the Retry Quiz button after publishing, but publishing for Web should not be a problem. Can you see the button in Preview Mode?
The steps linked show if the quiz was I don't have the quiz going into an Articulate Presenter course. We aren't using Articulate Presenter for the course that this quiz is for. It is a standalone quiz done in Quizmaker.
I changed the Attempts permitted in the Quiz Properties, when the quiz is finished it gives them Review Quiz and Finish regardless of pass or fail.

I opened a support case on your behalf and submitted your file (01000340), and you should hear from one of our engineers shortly. They're rockstars, and you'll be in good hands!
