Returning to Finish a Quiz Jan 19, 2012 By Carolyn Stoll Hi, I need to be able to set a quiz so a learner can leave it and come back to it later to finish. However, they only get one attempt. This quiz also needs to report score to Blackboard, version 9.1. What should my settings be in Quizmaker?

As for the number of attempts, you can set that under Quiz Properties -> Question Defaults -> Attempts Permitted: 1. Is that what you're looking for?
