Saba issue with Quizmaker

I am facing an issue when placing Quizmaker 13 file onto Saba. I have set it up for unlimited attempts both in Quizmaker and Saba. The reporting status is Passed/Incomplete. The issue is that every time I close the window when I fail the test, instead of showing incomplete it shows unsuccessful.

I have tried to remove the mastery score from the XML file as suggested by some people in this forum. When I do that, though it shows the correct behaviour initially (as in it shows the incomplete, successful and unsuccessful statuses) it does not go to the completed courses - it remains in in-progress learning.

I understand that this is more of a Saba issue but if there is any way you can help, I would be really grateful.

Good Morning, Amrita.

You may want to take a look at this Knowledge Base Article, which discusses a similar (but not identical) Saba issue.

Also, if you enable LMS Debug Mode, this will allow you to see precisely which status your Quizmaker Quiz is sending to Saba. If your Quiz isn't sending the right status to Saba, we want to know about that! However, if the correct status is being sent to Saba but not recorded, I would recommend sharing the resulting LMS Debug Log with Saba's Support Team to see if they can tell you why it's not being recorded.
