I have a quizmaker file uploaded as SCORM content in Blackboard 8 - the issue is that when launched, sometimes it runs perfectly, and other times, it won't load at all. In the instances in which it is not loading, I am getting the following error message:
Digging through some articles online, it looks like the ampersand character may be the cause of the issue in Blackboard. Do you have that character anywhere in your course title or in the resource name?
Does it run fine and have issues on the same computer using the same web browser or is this happening for different folks? Have you tried testing your content in the SCORM Cloud to see if you can duplicate:

I don't think so. What are you referring to when you say 'resource name'?
Are you zipping the output folder yourself or using the "zip folder" option on the completed published dialog?
Yes, using the "zip folder" option, but still no success.
