Hello. I created a set of questions in Question Banks that I am now inserting as a group at the end of a course. It is set to randomly shuffle the exam questions however, it is also shuffling my answers to each question. Some answers need to stay in the order listed as the answer is "All of the above". This doesn't work if the program lists it as the second choice . How do I lock the order of my answers?

Hi, Cindy -- Thanks for reaching out! May I ask if you have the Shuffle options for answers set to "None" as shown in this article?

Yes I do. I double checked in both form view and slide view and for Shuffle is says NONE
yet it is still shuffling my answers when I preview.
Hi, Cindy -- Thanks for your reply! It may be helpful to try importing the file into a new file, and if issues persist, perhaps running through the troubleshooting steps here will help. You may also want to verify that you are seeing the same behavior when you upload your published content to the environment in which it will ultimately be accessed by learners, as well.
