Spacing of Picks in Matching Drop-Down

Hello . . . is there a way to control the spacing of the picks displayed in the drop-down of a Matching Drop-Down question?

I have some picks that have a nice amount of white space between them.  But others don't.  For the ones that don't, it's harder to distinguish one pick from another without mousing over them.  Not sure if this is happening because a few of my picks are wordy.
