Survey and publish results in rise

I am new to Quizmaker and want to create a survey and publish the cumulated results of all participants on the nex slide (for a rise course).

Example:

Do you ever had an accident?

1. Yes

2. No

Submit

 

Next Slide

34% Yes

66% No

=> Results of all participants so far

How can I do that without LMS?
