Two quizzes within one

I have an educator who would like for me to build an Articulate SCORM with a quizmaker quiz, uploaded into SumTotal LMS for our associates with the following logic:
Users access quiz #1. If they pass, they are complete. If they fail quiz #1, they are presented with quiz #2 - all of this within the same Quizmaker session. Only 1 attempt allowed per quiz.
If the user fails quiz #1 and quiz #2, she would like the system to force a re-set and not allow users to take the assesement again, until it's reset by the LMS Admin, as she would like to be notified of the failure.
Has anyone ever created anything like this or is it even possible?

Hi, Angie -- Thanks for your question, and while I understand what you would like to accomplish, I will need to defer to the community to make specific suggestions on how to set this up to function the way you're requesting in the SumTotal LMS (and I do know we have members who use that service, so I hope they can chime in here). You would also be welcome to post over in the Building Better Courses forum for additional design ideas, as well. :)
