Web Objects do not re-load when return to Quiz Menu

Thank you for all your help at E-Learning Heroes. I have an interesting problem with QuizMaker 13 (update 3: 1407.1717)
Possible resolution!
After several tests, I may have found the issue.
If the Blank Case Study slide use a different transition than the questions, the Web Object does not load when I use the menu to return to the slide.
If I change all the slides to the same Transitions, the Web object always loads.
What I am trying to do
Add a blank slide in QuizMaker to present a recording of a call using a Web Object. The call is used as a case study for the next question groups. Learners can use the menu to return to the Case Study slide to replay the call.
OK, so what is the problem?
The Web object will not re-load when returning to the Case Study Slide. Note: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/new was substituted for the web object.
I have tried:
- Change Navigation Restrictions from Restricted to Free.
- Change Web Display options Load from Automatically to on Click.
- Removed slide background picture.

Hi Edward! So, were you able to get this sorted? I am unable to re-create your issue in a new file.
First, thank you for your help Leslie.
I did a little more digging and discovered it only happens when the slide with the Web Objects uses the slide transition that Cover the screen.
Cover Down, Cover Left….
The slide transition on Q1.1 Web Object is Cover down. Try Publish the content I attached or use the Zip file.
If you:
1. Click Next on Web Object.
2. Answer Q1.2
3. Click Menu and select Web Object.
On my system, the Web Object will not refresh.
