I know this may sound like a very stupid question. I am relatively new to Articulate. But I am a bit confused. I know Storyline has quizzing built in. And I am wondering why I would need to use Quizmaker or what kind of situations I would use Quizmaker?
I am assuming Quizmaker can also export TinCan compliant?
Please help me by educating me on the difference or the advantages and disadvantages. Thank you.
There is no real difference, Storyline was developed from Quizmaker so most of the question types are in both products. Storyline however does allow you more customisation options.
Thanks Phil. I know Adobe Captivate very well. Moving from Captivate to Articulate, where there are lots of little products, kind of confused me initially. However, I have to admit it, it is very user friendly. Thanks again.
What version of Storyline and/or Studio are you looking at? We've got a few comparison charts that'll help you see the features in each of the tools and how they compare to one another.

Hi Ashley, I have the 360 version, I think the most current as I am still on a trial account.
Hi Ryan,
Well you're in luck! If you subscribe to Articulate 360 you'll get Storyline and Quizmaker, so you'd always have the right tool at your fingertips.
So with that in mind, perhaps this chart is more helpful - it compares all the Storyline versions.
Let us know if you need anything else!
Thanks :)
