I have an old video/webinar I'm trying to update in Replay. I need to change one of the images in the webinar. How do I separate the audio from the video (from one track to two). Intuitive in Camtasia, but I'm struggling here.

Replay doesn't have a function to split out individual elements from a video file, but you could add in additional audio or videos. Take a look at the options here for editing media in Replay.
Replay is not a robust video editing tool. There is not a way to split the video and audio tracks and you will need to use a 3rd party tool to do so. You can check out the tutorial here to understand the options available to you within Replay.
