I posted this video to our Intranet and am wondering if viewers have the ability to comment on this video? It does not seem that I can leave a comment in the section since the text is greyed out.

Did you provide the viewers with the Articulate Review 'Share' link? Anyone with that link can review and comment on the content. You can leave comments from the 'Review' tab.
