I may be incorrect, but I don't believe there's an option to adjust the playback speed of a published Replay project.
However, you may be able to take that MP4 and import it into another video editing program and modify the speed. If you need to use that particular video in Replay again, just import the video into a new Replay project.
I'm sure others have worked with this, perhaps they can chime in and share some additional suggestions.
