Fuzzy Lower Third text in Articulate Replay
I have a short (30 second video) created in Articulate Replay which looks fine when running within Replay. However, when it is published to an MP4 file, the Lower Third text looks fuzzy - it is readable, but out of focus. I have files I created in the same way last year that published fine. Any ideas?

Hi, Debra. Thanks for that screenshot, it's helpful to see!
I'm finding some strange behavior in my tests that seems to match what you're seeing happen with the Lower Third text:
- When adding the Lower Third text to a recorded screen, the text looks crisp in the published output (both Review 360 and Video File).
- However, when adding that text to an imported video file, the text appears fuzzy in both published output environments.
Does that match your setup? Also, could I grab what version of Replay you're using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Replay.
In the meantime, I'll get this in front of my team so we can verify whether this is a bug or not. Appreciate you bringing this up, and I'm so sorry for the trouble!
