Our team is aware of a similiar issue and it seems to occur with videos that are recorded at full screen on a larger resolution monitor as opposed to recording a subset of a screen or even a smaller resolution monitor. Can you check what the recording size is for your Replay screen recording?
I wanted to share an update here that Replay Update 3 has been released and includes a fix for the issue with recording at full screen and having the published output only include audio. You can view the release notes and download the update here. For any previous courses impacted you'll need to publish these using the latest update to have the changes take effect.

Hi Augusto,
Replay requires DirectX 9.0c 3D video hardware acceleration. Most modern computers include it, but it may be disabled. Here's how to fix it.
