When publishing my video the output file only contains voice, the only thing I am able to see is the voice intensity chart but no PPT or webcam capture. I rebooted the system, saved, but every time I tried to publish I get the same output. I published several videos before and this is the first time I have this issue.

I'm not sure I've heard of this issue previously.
Would you be able to share your .replay file for us to take a look? You may want to repair your software as detailed here.
Hi I am new on articulate, I have the same issue the two videos that I published show only dark screen and very low sound.
I already perform the repair option but the result is the same, I am working on a viltual PC on the mac using Vmware Fusion.
