There is currently no way to add shapes in Replay 360, but you can achieve a similar effect in Storyline 360 by adding shapes on the slides that appear at the exact moment that confidential data is displayed.
I’ll be happy to pass your thoughts on to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!

This was exactly the question I have for an upcoming video tutorial I'm making. I'll have to look into doing it via SL then.
