Replay 360 screen recording

I captured screen recording and added captions in Lower Third.  I cut two sections out from original recording.  I was able to view recording while making the recording and make updates, but I now see a white window in on screen display and am no longer able to review recorded content.  The recording displays in track A, but clicking play does not yield any results.  Any ideas as to what would cause this type of issue.
