Replay doesn´t recognize my microphone after actualization

Hello,

I was making a series of videos using Articulate Replay 360. Everything was working fine until I saw there was an actualization for Replay, so I installed it.

However, after the actualization I have been trying to record my screen, but I keep getting the message of "Cannot connect to the selected microphone". The only thing that changed between the previous recordings and this new ones is the actualization. 

I have tried reinstalling Replay but the problem persists. How can I solve it?

Hi Paola!

Sorry, you're running into this issue with Replay not recognizing your microphone! Have you tried disconnecting the device you're using from your computer and then reconnecting?
