Replay doesn't work !!!

I can open Replay, but i can't do anything else !! I am systematically blocked by a message

Hi Stephanie,

I'm sorry you've run into some trouble with Replay. Do you know what update you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Replay"

Our team did have a hiccup last week with an update to Replay that was released on Tuesday, but we pushed out a fix for this late on Friday. Check that you're using the latest update listed here.
