Replay files published but no screen video

I have two files that say they have published however when I go to view them, all I get is a picture of a music note, and no video.

One is 7,141KB in size, and the other is 7,836KB in size.

I published three other files with no issues, just these two.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've heard of the "black screen" issue, but not of one with a music note. That's new to me :)

When you attempt to play the video, do you hear any audio - if there is any?

I'd start here:

Articulate Replay requires DirectX 9.0c 3D video hardware acceleration. Most modern computers include it, but it may be disabled. Here's how to fix it.

If that doesn't solve the problem, can you tell us what type of media you have in the project that isn't functioning properly? Did you import a video or create a recording?

If you'd like, you're welcome to share the .replay file for the video. I'd be happy to test publishing the project on my end, to see if I experience the same issue. Please just keep in mind that the file needs to be 20 MB or smaller in order to attach to a forum thread. If the file is larger than that, please let me know and we'll discuss other options for sharing the project.

I've had this issue for over a year now and i have resolved myself to just re-recording the lectures. I have checked my DirectX acceleration and it is enabled. I have the latest version of Replay. I don't know what to do. Can you check my files please? My files are quite large and if there is another way to share them with you I would appreciate it.
