Replay not saving

Hi, I am new to Replay but am having an issue which needs support. I have created several 10-20 minute long Projects using a Webcam with Audio.. When I attempt to SaveAs and give the file a name, the program shows it saving as indicated on the bottom task bar, but it never saves and freezes.. I waited over 30 minutes and checked Task Manager and it shows Not Responding.. I have only been able to save one project I created which was about 5 minutes long. I haven't yet checked the system requirements for Replay; RAM, disk size etc.. Has anyone else experienced this issue

Hi Ken- Sorry this is happening! I would first recommend checking out the system requirements for Replay here just to make sure that isn't a factor. If you meet those, then running this repair to fix this erratic behavior should resolve this issue. Keep me posted on how that works out for you!
