Replay - recovering unsaved file

Hi,

Can anyone remind me where the temp files for Replay can be found in the event of power outage or other such catastrophes?

Hi there Pam! Thanks for reaching out. Are you having trouble opening one of your Replay files?

There actually isn't an auto-recovery for Replay like there is for Storyline, so there wouldn't be any temp files stored on your computer. 

If you can tell me more about the roadblock you're hitting, I can try and help you get around it!

I've got to say that Replay is letting me down ... A LOT. I hadn't used it as much until changes in work related to the pandemic, but it is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I just finished a 50-minute recording and pressed Publish. I do Publish first because Save has taken just as long before.

So .. I came here to see about recovering my file. I guess I'm out of luck.

Anyway, I pressed Publish ... and blip. My project disappeared. Last week, I had something freeze 2/3 of the way through and finally just redid it.

I'd meant to stop after 15 or 20 minutes, but I was on a roll. 

I use Windows 10 with a new computer and all the updated versions.

I'm a college professor and I pay for this out of my pocket.  As far as I can tell, I'm paying for GARBAGE.

Repeat Replay = GARBAGE.

I'm so sorry you've lost all that work in Replay 360! I understand how frustrating that is and I want to make sure we dig into why this is happening and how we can find those files!
