I have been trying to use recorde the screen to create some simulations regarding some tools I want staff to use. All the frames look great when i view them. After publishing sometimes some files are ok and some files go all fuzzy and you can't see a thing on it. Is anyone able to help me what am I doing wrong?? I amusing the same settings all the time for all files.
Project is due on Wednesday and I am in a pickle :(
So different Replay projects that you are publishing produce a different quality result? How are you publishing the products and viewing them? I do know thatArticulate Replay compresses the published output to achieve the best balance between file size and video quality.
So the projects are identical when it comes to the sieze of the record window. Once I finish recording the screen, i preview all the frames to make sure it's all correct before publishing. Once everyting is confirmed, i hit the "publish" button and then I view the file in quicktime. The problem is, sometimes it is nice and clear, and then I try to record another version of the same screen, and the published view in quicktime is all fuzzy and you can't see a thing. like millions of ants on your screen. I don't know how to fix it or what to do with it. I just started creating elearning so maybe these are my teething problems :)

It is hard to tell when the result is inconsistent and you cannot predictably reproduce the issue.
I will share this:
Sorry Tom, for the late reply. Have you tried a reinstall of Replay?
