I'm trying to split a video clip in Replay 360 and have placed the playhead at the relevant point in the timeline, clicked on the media clip but nothing happens and all the editing toolbar items are unavailable.

I created a sample course and the features are working as expected for me. You mention that none of the editing items are available, and I'd like to reiterate that the playhead has to be within the clip and the clip has to be selected on the timeline in order to split a clip.

Are you experiencing an issue in this specific file or any Replay 360 file that you work on?
If any file, I'd recommend a repair of your software installation.
