Adding subtitles to Replay 360 is a great idea for a feature request and others think so too! A feature request has already been submitted for this. This conversation is being linked to that request, so if it makes it onto our feature roadmap, we’ll make sure to update you!
Do you have any tip on how can I resolve this issue at all? I guess that with Peek 360 it is also not possible, and also Storyline doesn`t seem like the subtitles can be incorporate into the video I insert.
In Storyline 360, you'll have the option to add Closed Captioning to the videos that you add to your course. You can check out this article for more information:

One other question I am struggling with: Can we add multiple language subtitles, and than when opening the training in Preview to have an option to choose the language we want?

In Storyline 360, you'll have the option to add Closed Captioning to the videos that you add to your course. You can check out this article for more information:
When you publish your course, you'll see a button in the Player of your course indicating that Closed Captioning is available for the videos.
