Video Black in Replay360

Hi, everyone. I have a very pesky problem that I can't see to figure out. When I import a video into Replay360, the audio works, but the video is black. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps (including reinstalling replay, running a cleanup tool, saving the video to my desktop, etc.) and I am still having no luck. I am having to find another application to use until I can get this issue fixed. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  • Could you share more detail on where the video was created – Replay, Peek, or somewhere else?
  • Would you be able to share the video file with us? We'll try to replicate the black video on our side and let you know what we find! You can either attach the file to this discussion or send it privately via this link.
  • I also think checking hardware acceleration would be a good thing to make sure is turned on
