I want to insert a video into my Storyline course. The course is set to 3:4, but the video is 16:9. When I insert the video, it automatically converts the video to 3:4. I would rather have it remain 16:9 with letterboxing bars at the top and bottom of the content window. How do I do that?
It sounds like you're seeing something different. Can you share either your .story file, or even just the video file here? Also, which version of Storyline are you using?
Estoy usando Storyline 360 ver. 3.21
It sounds like you've shared a method to help keep the video sizing set as you'd like. Thanks for sharing that here with folks!
I also wanted to let you know that the latest update of Storyline 360 is build 3.31.19951.0. I'd suggest updating to the latest version of Storyline as well.

Hi Lou! Thanks for reaching out. Are you inserting a video from a file? The expectation is that the aspect ratio of your video will be maintained.

FYI, the issue (if I recall correctly) was due to trying to import the video as a WMV file. Once I converted it to MP4, it imported just fine.
Thanks for that note, Louis! I'm certain it'll help others who come across this
