Hi Sam! Hopefully some community members will chime in to assist you here, but I just wanted to share our documentation on choosing a story size so that you could take a look at some options/selections that may be helpful.
One thing I noticed about choosing a higher resolution... the quiz doesn't do well. Radio buttons, check boxes, don't enlarge proportionately. They seem to be designed for the default 720 x 405.
Additionally, the text box padding defaults for the choice box don't increase. Further frustration when changing the paddings manually in the slide master have no effect on the rendering.
