My team and I are considering purchasing Storyline 2 to create an online handbook as well as training decks. For the handbook we would have 2 people in different regions working on the same handbook simultaneously. If we purchase 2 licenses will this be possible? (for two people to work off of the same template).
I'd also echo Matthew (and Wendy's) recommendations in that thread. Working from a network or shared drive is not recommended, as it can cause latency and corruption issues as detailed here. Also, you mentioned two licenses, so I did want to confirm that part in terms of each license is for an individual - so if you'll have more than one person who needs access to Storyline you'll want to ensure that they each have their own license.
