2 Pages buttons freezing randomly (bug?)

Hi there,
I have a short Storyline course (10 screens) with videos on each page.
Two of the pages seem to have a bug on them and I have no idea how to fix.
Most of the time when i preview it's fine but then on the occasional time that myself or a colleague previews this screens the buttons (which I have added, not the player ones) stop working and I am unable to progress further. The video will still play through the player but the trigger on a textbox that I have to take the learner to the next screen as well as some other hotspot buttons I have on the page freeze.
I have tried to remake both pages from scratch and this still happens.
Any help would be appreciated!

maybe you want to share your file with the storyline support team so they can have a look if you don´t want to share it in here because of confidential content.

Thanks Susi, yes I am going to do that too I just wondering if anyone else had any issues like this or similar to this?
