Hi was there a real-world issue today with the New 360 Storyline 64 Bit? I have the settings showing allow feedback, do not require password, any one with the link can comment.
It keeps forcing my review team to use log in credentials. Anyone else experiencing this?
If your Review 360 links are configured to accept comments from anyone, yet are still requiring reviewers to sign in, the system might be associating the email addresses of your reviewers with existing Articulate IDs.
To verify if this is the case, please open a case with our support team and share the affected email addresses so we can check if they have any records in our system.
