In one of my slide when a user clicks on a text, I want storyline to trigger an email using outlook. I noticed that when there is "_" in the email address, the sign is ignored in outlook.
For privacy purposes, I have masked the email and an example is below.
Email address entered in Trigger dialog box : A_B_C@abc.com
Email displayed in outlook A B C @abc.com ("_" is missing)
This is causing the outlook to fail stating invalid email address.

See if substituting _ for the _ in your code fixes the issue.
a_b_c@abc.com should translate to a_b_c@abc.com
