Are you on a free trial of Storyline (assumption based on posting in Storyline forum here)? You would not see any tab in Powerpoint as Storyline is a standalone product.
Are you thinking of Studio '13? Presenter functions as a tab within your Powerpoint program. If that's what you are thinking of, you can find that download here.
