Although I have uncheck the "show hand cursor on hover" but the cursor STILL show up on whole image including non-hotspot area, including the question background.
What I want is the hand cursor only show up on hotspot area, even better if I can add on the effect of the object slightly pop up when the user mouse over the hotspot.

Can you tell me what kind of slide you're working with? Better yet, can you attach a sample of the slide? That'll give me a better idea of your set up.
It looks like you created this file in Storyline 3, is that correct? I tried recreating this problem in a new Storyline 3 file, but I didn't have any luck.
Would you be willing to share your file with me? I'd like to take a closer look at it.
