Accessibility: Storyline Resume/Restart button failing in Mac + Ventura + Safari + VoiceOver

Is anyone else experiencing accessibility issues with the Resume/Restart button when on a Mac with Ventura, using the Safari browser with VoiceOver? When we try to resume or restart a Storyline 360 experience, the screen goes black and the VoiceOver user gets stuck. They cannot go anywhere, or it buffers endlessly. Any thoughts what might be going on? Other screenreaders seem to be working, and I believe there aren't issues when using Chrome. Any insights would be welcome!
